- The Santa Cruz Fellowship (Rich and Jayne) currently facilitates 12 small group ministries ranging from 3 to 15 members. These groups vary from support and vocational encouragement groups to Bible Studies, Couples Groups, Book Groups and Recreational Groups.
- Every Tuesday the Fellowship ministers to the homeless by feeding up to 200 homeless at the local soup kitchen.
- The Fellowship holds weekly Bible study and church services at the county jail. The jail allows up to 12 inmates to attend at one time.
- The Fellowship participates in prayer and scripture reflection and spiritual retreats to inmates at Soledad State Prison.
- The SC Fellowship provides 24/7 on-call counseling, spiritual support and emergency call debriefing services for the Felton Fire Protection District.
- As a continued ministry to the community, Rich is involved (2016-2017) in Junior High golf at the San Lorenzo Valley Middle School. Rich assists the head coach and interacts with 30 student golfers during the week, depending on foursomes and weather.
- Through the Fellowship Rich is available as community Pastor to Santa Cruz County and more specifically to the San Lorenzo Valley. He is able to perform services through weddings and funerals to many who are not connected to a local church and or parish pastor.
- The Fellowship (Jayne) provides mentoring and support to women who have been involved in abusive relationships.
- The Fellowship (Jayne) programs and facilitates spiritually reflective retreats 5 plus weekends a year.
- The Fellowship (Jayne) facilitates a weekly online experience in the scriptures through a bible study format known as lectio divina.
- The Santa Cruz Fellowship leads and facilitates seminars and training sessions for churches and Christian organizations on topics of mentoring, leadership, communication, spiritual formation, prayer and community outreach.
